Exceptional A-Level Success at The Cathedral School, Cardiff

The Choir Schools Association is delighted to extend its congratulations to the students of The Cathedral School, Cardiff, for their exceptional A-Level results this year. Demonstrating the school’s continued dedication to academic excellence, 75% of all grades were awarded at A*-A, with 96% achieving A*-B.

This impressive performance reflects the hard work and commitment of the students, with many surpassing their predicted grades. Nearly half of the students have secured places at their first-choice universities such as Oxford and Cambridge. Among the high achievers are Louise G, a music scholar who will read Law at Christ Church, Oxford, and Ambalika R, who will study Medicine at Corpus Christi, Cambridge.

I am really delighted with my results, and I want to say thank you to all my teachers because I couldn’t have done it without them. It was a really enjoyable A Level course, although I’m glad it’s over now and I’m looking forward to Oxford.
